Callington v Lewdown Cricket Club 20/20 on Tue 02 Jun 2009 at 6.30pm
Lewdown Cricket Club Lost By 89 Runs

Match report Lewdown once again only managed to field a 10-man team in their visit to Callington. Callington won the toss and batted, taking full advantage of the short boundary they amassed 243-3. Lewdown made 154-7, Matt Witcher (37) and Antoni Weeks (21) got them off to a good start but the total was always going to be unlikely. One major positive to come out of the evening was the innings of Will Hodgetts who batted exceptionally well to score 44 (including 4 sixes). This was the only event that made the captain think he shouldn't have stayed at home and watched Eastenders. Many thanks to the players that made the effort on a difficult evening.
