Match report Lewdown travelled to Tideford in search of there first win this season. Lewdown were sent out to field. Opening bowler James Weeks got Lewdown off to a flyer with a wicket on the second ball of the innings. Lewdown took the wickets needed and reduced Tideford 89-7 with James Weeks taking 4-18 and Tom Hughes ,Leon Horn and Chris Marais taking 1 more each. Lewdown's innings started badly losing Patrick Nash in the 3rd over. When James Weeks and Rhys Palmer went it looked over but Chris Marais and Andrew Craddock put on a good partnership but when Chris Marais went Lewdown's chances started to slip away. Andrew Craddock made a good 29 before being bowled towards the end. Tom Hughes and Luke Simmons almost took us home until Tom was run out and we had no chance. In the end we lost by 2 runs. Hopefully with Jack and Harry williams , and Dan Fogerty back we can start winning.
