Match report Finally Lewdown skipper Olly Brown won the toss and elected to bowl first on a damp wicket. A good opeing spell from Jake Barber (1-20) and Ben Williams (0-16) saw the visitors struggle for early runs. Wickets kept falling for Plymouth with noone other than A.Stewart (30) being able to hang around long enough to make a real impact. Steve Butler bowled his usual steady style taking 4 wickets for 39 runs off 12.1 overs and Adrian Clements' (3-14) first 4 overs went for just 1 run, which was a no ball, for 3 wickets. The visitors were fianlly all out with a run out from Olly Brown for 118 with 10 overs remaining.

In response the Lewdown opening pair of Olly Brown (21) and Dean Summersby (3) put on 33 before N.Hughes (4-32) was brought on which halted the run chase for a while. Thankfully Will Hodgetts (56*) was brought into the team at the last minute and he and Ben Williams (9*) saw the home side home with a massive 29 overs left to play. 18 points well deserved sees Lewdown 12 points behind the leaders Kingskerwell.
